if something comes up and we have to miss

Look, Feel and Be your Best with Yoga
"Yoga brings a message of
hope to the forlorn,
joy to the depressed,
strength to the weakened and knowledge to the ignorant.
It is the secret master key to open the realms of eternal bliss and deep abiding peace."
.~ Swami Sivananda
Toxins accumulate in the body over time because we take our bodies for granted. We spend many hours indoors away from natural sunlight, sitting hunched over desks or computers without stretching or breathing deeply. Stale air stays in the bottom of the lungs. We overeat processed foods, don't chew enough and don't drink enough fresh, clean water. Yoga practices clear toxins from the tissues and restore our natural state of health.
Yoga is an amazing science of health that is over 5,000 years old. Yoga helps the body and mind to function optimally. On a physical level, yoga postures are designed to tone muscles, create flexibility in the joints, balance hormone levels and glandular function and assist the internal organs by stretching, squeezing and toning them. Many of the yoga poses have a wonderfully beneficial effect on the digestive system as well. On a mental level, yoga reduces stress and anxiety, induces relaxation and strengthens one's ability to focus.
